How do I hire a Bouncin' Around Jumping Castle?

How much room is required for the jumping castles?

Each castle is different. Please check our range of castles to decide which is best for your event and a general rule, simply add 0.5 metres all around for pegs and the blower.
 
Please also make sure there is access to power close by.

 

 

What access is required for the jumping castle?

 

Please allow at least 80cms for our mini jumping castles and 1 metre for our medium & combo castles. Advise our staff upon booking if there are any steps as our jumping castles are up to 170kg and may require assistance to get the jumping castle to the set up area.

 

 

How long does it take to set up the jumping castle?

 

It takes us around 15-20 to completely assemble the jumping castle.

 

 

How long does it take to dismantle the jumping castle?

 

It takes us around 20-25 minutes to dismantle the jumping castle.

 

 

What is the latest time I can have the jumping castle?

 

Provided you have adequate lighting there is no limit as to how late you may hire a castle for. Even overnight hires can be catered for... just ask us !

 

 

Do you cater for adult castle hire?

YES !! Our Dragon jumping castle is designed for adult use.

 

 

What sort of surface can the jumping castles be set up on?

 

As long as the surface is flat and level we can set up the jumping castle on grass, concrete, asphalt and pavers. The ground must be free from any sharp objects that may cause damage to the castles.        

 

 

Do you have insurance?

 

Yes! Bouncin' Around Jumping Castles carries $10million public liability which means we are covered for small backyard parties to large corporate events. Please feel free to ask for a copy at the time of the hire.       

 

 

Do you require a deposit? 

 

Yes. There is a $50 deposit required upon booking. This will hold the castle for your required date. Full balance is payable on the day of the hire.       

 

 

What happens if I cancel my booking?

 

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your hire you will forfeit your deposit, however it may be used for a different date.       

 

 

What happens if it rains?

   

All of our jumping castles come with covers to protect the children from the sun and the rain, this means the kids can continue to enjoy the jumping castle. In the event of strong winds or heavy rain, Bouncin' Around Jumping Castles reserve the right to cancel the booking if we feel safety will be compromised. If this is the case, we will contact as soon as possible to discuss the matter.       

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?       

 

Cash on delivery, Direct deposit, PAYPAL for credit cards, bank cheque.       

No personal cheques will be accepted unless organised prior to hire date and all funds have cleared. Money orders are also accepted 1 week prior to hire date.

 

Is there anything else I need to know?       

 

Please be aware that shoes, jewellery, streamers, party poppers, silly string, face paint, chewing gum, food and drink MUST BE KEPT AWAY from the jumping castle at all times. If any of these items come in contact with the jumping castle and it has been damaged, you will be liable for the full cost of repairs, transport costs associated with the repairs and the loss of business costs while the castle is being repaired.
